Charlotte O’Dair Therapy
Therapy and counselling in Brighton & online.
I can help you with whatever challenges you may be facing.
Humanistic therapy based on compassion and kindness.
Maybe you want to talk about something specific such as anxiety or depression. Maybe you don’t know what is wrong, but you feel alone, lost, overwhelmed or disconnected. Whatever it is, I can help.
I aim to create a space where we connect as equals. We will talk about whatever you want to talk about. I don’t have all the answers, but I can help you to notice patterns of behaviour, gain self-awareness and feel a greater sense of choice.
Whatever it is that brings you to me, I will meet you with care and empathy.

I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Humanistic Psychotherapy and Counselling from the University of Brighton. I am currently doing an MSc in Psychotherapy at the University of Brighton. Alongside my work with private clients, I work part-time for the NHS at a medium-secure mental health unit for people who have become involved with the criminal justice system.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists. This means that I meet their standards for training, supervision, continuing professional development. Also, I have a contractual commitment to their ethical framework.

There are many different kinds of therapy, but research suggests that what matters most is a strong therapeutic relationship.
Our first session will be online. We can talk through what has brought you to therapy and be sure that we feel comfortable working together.
If we’re happy to work together, then we’ll book in a time to meet weekly for 50 minutes. This can be online or in person. We can meet for as many sessions as you like. We will review our work together regularly.
Sessions cost £65.
I only work with individuals aged eighteen and over.
